Some treatments begin with a one-to-one consultation with Isabelle; for others you can book straight in. At your consultation she’ll assess your skin, review your medical history and talk through the results you’re hoping to achieve. From there, she’ll recommend the treatment (or combination of treatments) that’s genuinely right for you — or explain why a treatment isn’t a good fit. Appointments are unhurried and entirely pressure-free.

Not always. Some treatments start with a one-to-one consultation (injectables, for example), while for other services you can book straight in for treatment. Whichever you choose, Isabelle will review your medical history and talk through your goals before any treatment begins.
Isabelle is a Registered Nurse with additional aesthetics training at Harley Street Academy in London — one of the UK’s most respected medical aesthetics training providers.
Downtime varies by treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections and skin boosters typically involve minimal social downtime, while treatments such as PRP, polynucleotides or microneedling can cause short-term redness or swelling. We’ll explain what to expect before you book.
Most treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and some conditions or medications may mean a treatment isn’t right for you. We’ll always go through this carefully at consultation before proceeding.
